EE/BT Wifi problems, Ombudsman smoked em!
Have had previously posted issues re EE Wifi connection issues, particularly weekends. Recieved this morning a letter, cut short it said "during the period Mr Actor claims he recieved no service and having examined usage logs held by EE, It is clear Mr Actor did not recieve the service. For which he paid and was unable to conect to Netflix, Paramount plus for which he was paying for, but unable to conect to. EE, now BT shall contact Mr Allan to offer restitution. "As of this Tuesday, Go fibre will be installed, no charge for 6 months, even after £2 Cheaper! Netflix and Sky entertainment 24 months free.
